Delete your Tiny Toyworks account

You can delete your account and your factory at any time, in the game or by email.

In the game

1. Open Tiny Toyworks and go to the game’s Settings.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.
3. That’s it: your account and cloud save are deleted straight away.

By email

Can’t open the game? Email support@tinytoyworks.com from the email address of the Apple or Google account you connected, or tell us your Game Center nickname. We’ll delete your account within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

• The accounts you connected: your Game Center, Apple and Google ids, and the email address and name they shared.
• Your factory’s cloud save and its older copies, and any gifts waiting for you.
• The sign-in keys of all your devices, and the guest players that joined your account.

What is kept

• Purchase records, as long as Greek tax law requires, without your name, email or account ids.
• Game events and ad records, only as anonymous numbers that no longer point to you.

Purchases you made stay in your App Store or Google Play purchase history; that’s kept by Apple or Google, not by us.
